Start thinking about a place for your event. It helps to have your Venue & Logistics Chair selected before proceeding, but is not absolutely necessary. Ideas and Inspiration: Single rooms and big, open spaces that flow nicely are ideal An area for the marketplace/tasting and a separate one for the fashion show so you can create a little drama for the show In spaces where there isn’t room for a fashion show, informal modeling has worked well At the same time, you will need to be thinking about a date for the event. In choosing the date for the event, it’s helpful to understand the event timelines. The Longterm Event Timeline outlines building a WW&S event, including which committee handles what when.
